What You'll Do:
The Demand Planning position is responsible for the forecasting activities related to both customer and product forecasts going out 24 months. They have a highly visible role within the company and will work cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, and Product Team Leads to provide an accurate forecast for the business. They also are responsible for managing the customer relationship between Traeger Operations and their individual customer Teams in order to promote collaboration and transparency.
