What You'll Do:
As our Accounts Payable Specialist you will be a key member of our team. You will have a positive attitude, the ability to quickly learn, understand and willing to take ownership of our daily and monthly accounting processes you will be managing.
How You Will Help Us Win:
- Weekly payment runs for assigned vendors (PO based, freight, warehousing, etc.)
- Regular communication with other departments as questions arise
- Maintain AP invoices and payments for different entities within the ERP system
- Track prepayments and offset to incoming PO invoices
- Apply invoices to received goods and investigate potential variances
- Support annual audits
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 1-3 years experience in AP
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience using Epicor a plus
