Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Job Location: 113 W. Drinker St. Dunmore, PA
Schedule: Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
This is a part-time position with potential to transition to a full-time position.
Summary: Collaborate with members of the Billing Department regarding Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities:- Receive check, credit card, and ACH payments
- Determine division in which to allocate incoming payments
- Accurately post payments to correct division and account
- Send invoices to private pay consumers, contact if delinquent
- Quickly detect discrepancies in payments and notify billing department
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Motivated, proactive team player
- Adaptable, quick learner
- Positive attitude for the office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel and Quick Books / accounting software experience a plus
- Medical billing / coding experience a plus
