We're looking for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Assist Operations Manager with order tracking and partner relations
- Assist Owner with customer follow-ups
- Basic data entry in QuickBooks - enter & update invoices, send invoices upon delivery, follow up on unpaid/short-paid invoices, run open invoices report, check online acct for new payments
- Update Customer Relations Management (Excel) file with new communication with vendors or customers
- Light Sales Support - completing new item forms for customers, request samples from vendors, create and/or modify sales presentations in Powerpoint.
- Light filing
- Occasional preparing, packing, and sending of product samples and information
- Perform store checks and take photos, create store-check reports
- Order supplies and schedule their deliveries
Requirements:
- Ability to act professionally within an international business environment
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Outlook
- Well-organized, very close attention to details and strong skills with numbers
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Part time: Approximately 20 hours per week with potential for more
Salary: Competitive / Hourly $20-22/hour to start based on experience
Location: Office in old-town Orange with flexibility for some remote work
