The ADO ensures that the Flight Operations Department has the right policies and systems in place to ensure the success of pilot recruiting, training, operations and retention. The ADO is also responsible for maintaining a positive and productive relationship with FAA, TSA and other government organizations as well as other operators. This is a full-time exempt position.
