Main Purpose
The Payroll Manager will lead the payroll function from start to finish, including implementing new processes that align with the Company’s growth and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations. This role will be responsible for multi-state payroll processing within SuccessFactors and Paycor. Reporting to the VP of People and Culture with 2 direct reports. The role will be responsible for the strategic and tactical management of payroll that provides accurate and efficient payroll services to our US employees. Also playing a key role in payroll modernization to standardize, streamline, consolidate and automate our payroll processes

We are looking for a thought leader who is great with execution as they are with great strategy. Must be able to blend your analytical rigor with strategic thinking to drive requirements, implementation of key metrics for the organization, and recommend process improvements.
This individual needs to be able to work at our Merrillville, IN office 2 – 3 days a week and our Chicago, IL office 1 to 2 days per week with some working location flexibility.
