Tradebe Environmental Services is Hiring an Operations Supervisor Near Stoughton, MA

The selected candidate will be overseeing operations at our Waste Water Treatment Facility in Stoughton, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper management of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Responsible for the operations within the facility.
- Individual will be responsible for operating various types of equipment
- Oversee all individuals at the plant
- Individual will also ensure all training is completed and documented as required.
- Will assist in development of employees and facility training programs.
- Responsible for ensuring that our health and safety programs are followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related science, or the equivalent in work experience, and five years of environmental experience are required.
- 7 to 10 years of management experience in a plant environment
- knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and OSHA regulations are required.
- P&L management experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- The successful candidate must successfully complete HAZWOPER training; must have an OSHA/HAZWOPER physical examination; must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical; must pass a pre-employment background check; and must be able to obtain a physician certification to wear a respirator.
- Obtains MA Wastewater Treatment license or acquire within one year of employment.
