Tradebe Environmental Services is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Merrillville, IN

Partner with business operations to design and prepare various financial and budget analyses in the areas of profit planning, capital expenditures, cash flow, budgeting and acquisitions.

This individual will need to be willing to commute to our Merrillville office at least once a week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, prepare and analyze financial reports.
  • Design, prepare and analyze monthly management reports.
  • Examine and present financial information in order to make sound business suggestions to senior management.
  • Lead monthly /quarterly/yearly forecasting processes.
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets and reports.
  • Actively participating in the month end closing, providing the information needed for accurate reporting
  • Analyze month end results explaining deviations versus Budget / Prior Year/ Project expected results and identifying the key issues and support with recommendations
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis. Design, implement and track relevant KPI’s.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years related corporate accounting and financial analysis experience.
  • Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel. PowerPoint and presentation skills are required.
  • SAP or Microsoft Power BI experience a plus.
  • Detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects and commit to deadlines.
  • Demonstrate financial statement level analytical skills. Preferred background experience in operations (manufacturing, sales, capital expenditures) and/or project based.
  • Hands on, self-starter. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Availability to travel (10%)
