Hours: Full Time; Non-Exempt; M-F 7:45AM-5PM (Onsite)

Our Tolerance Induction Program™ is the first of its kind, bringing patients to the point where they can eat whatever they want, whenever they want, without having to worry about any kind of reaction. The success of FAI is built on years of development involving proprietary biomarkers, data analytics and modeling systems which allow unique patient specific therapy to be deployed in the clinic setting and at home safely.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee clinical operations including patient care services, escalations, and staffing for designated clinics.
  • Manage and develop a diverse team of support staff.
  • Establish, analyze, and improve clinic processes and policies through evidence based research and best practice standards.
  • Improve quality and productivity of clinical operations.
  •  Understand how to manage a reaction event and how to perform, read and skill validate for all procedures performed in clinic; patch placements, skin testing, PFT, eNo’s, medication administration.
  •  Ensure efficient patient throughput by overseeing team members roles in relation to processes.
  • Develop Professional Development Plans in coordination with staff as outlined in Professional Advancement Tier Structure to foster performance improvement.
  • Quality Improvement based on safety audits to ensure best practice and safety standards maintained.
  •  Adhere to clinical operations budget and maintain financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all protocols, SOPs, and company policies relating to ethics and compliance standards and all other laws and regulations applicable to clinic location.
  • Oversee the interviewing, onboarding and training of clinical staff as needed.
  • Foster a highly-effective work unit through team building and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders.
  • Develop and track data analytics based treatment delivery and maintain Nursing Manager metrics.

Qualifications:

● 5 years experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting required

● 7 years of proven success in leadership role required

● State of California Registered Nurse (RN) License required
● Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
● Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
● Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
● Experience with staff scheduling required
● Experience with patient scheduling required
● Experience in ER/OR strongly preferred
● Allergy/Immunology or Pediatric Pulmonary experience preferred
● Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations including the requirements of the
HIPAA and OSHA and applicable state rules and regulations pertinent to medical practices
● Experience with Athena highly preferred
