2:2:1 schedule, from home and office

Responsibilities:

• Export and run AR weekly financial report; analyze for financial payments, discrepancies, crediting, and write-offs.
• Investigate questionable data, as needed.
• Compiling accurate data and assisting with preparing of the AR report for weekly team meetings with AR manager.
• Daily pulling of AR aging report for the AR manager, filing the report in a designated folder for the manager to view, prepare and present.
• Prepare Excel schedules of various complexities for daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
• Assist AR by applying receipts to ACH & Credit Card transactions using MS Teams system & Oracle database.
• Providing month end Loaner report from IPI credit card via MS Teams
• May be assigned varying projects of moderate to high complexity to resolve.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis reporting or Accounts Receivable
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Advanced level Excel skills required, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Outlook and Word
• High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field of study is preferred.
