Description
- You have at least two years' experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
- You have strong maintenance and customer service skills.
- You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work use.
- You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and swimming pool equipment, as well as appliances, series and master locks, interior and exterior carpentry, glazing screens and roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs and signage.
- Work on turnovers, grounds
- Work Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm plus on-call once a month
- Competitive pay (up to $23 hourly) plus monthly bonus, on-call bonus, and annual bonus potential

- Two years' related maintenance experience
- Basic computer or smartphone skills

- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Drug and background check
