Towne Properties is Hiring a Community Association Manager (Condo) Near Cincinnati, OH

Description

Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Community Association Manager for our West Cincinnati District Office in Forest Park, Ohio.

This challenging opportunity includes:

  • Managing a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations
  • Managing vendor contracts, obtaining bids, and approving invoices
  • Resolving customer service issues and conducting property inspections
  • Responding to Board requirements and attending Board meetings
  • Communicating regularly with Board members regarding project status and pending tasks
  • Office schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with evening Board meetings scheduled regularly

Requirements

You offer the following minimum requirements:

  • 2 years property management experience (direct experience managing HOA and/or COA communities preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with Board meetings, and writing reports and business correspondence
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  • Drug and background check

Other helpful skills and competencies:

  • CMCA® designation through CAI
  • Financial acumen, experience in A/R and A/P
