Description
Bloomfield Apartments is an award-winning apartment community managed by Towne Properties, in Dayton, Ohio. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager to join us in providing impeccable customer service, sales and leasing.

- Scheduled hours are Tuesday-Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 3pm.
This challenging opportunity includes:
- Acting as the main point of contact with prospective residents through phone calls, online and email chats, and in-person visits
- Presenting community common areas and conducting tours of model apartments
- Preparing leases and associated documents
- Assisting with marketing, social media, resident activities, and requests of Property Manager
- Providing outstanding customer service to current and future residents by answering questions and assisting with service requests
Requirements
You offer the following minimum requirements:
- 2 years apartment leasing experience highly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, social media for business use, and ability to learn and use Yardi software
- Standard business math skills
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Drug and background check
Other helpful skills and competencies:
- NALP® designation and prior Fair Housing training
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Warm, friendly, inviting personality
- Very good written and oral communication skills
