A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .

  • Supports Executives, Market Support Leadership, and People Support Services
  • Creates and maintains an environment exemplifying hospitality at Powder Hill, which includes managing the kitchen and common areas
  • Organizes office operations and procedures
  • Answers main phone line and routes to appropriate person or Market
  • Schedules meetings, appointments, and travel for Market Support staff
  • Participates actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Supports company initiatives and programs
  • Oversees name tag and business card program for entire company
  • Oversees deliveries, mail, supplies, and errands
  • Coordinates with IT department on all office equipment
  • Maintains Certificate of Liability program
  • Provides claims and leave management support, which includes data entry and filing
  • Creates, edits, and maintains electronic and written communication
  • Creates, manages, and maintains complex reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Manages New Hire Packets and Drug Testing inventory for recruiters
  • Completes Verifications of Employment
  • Maintains company contact list and portal documents
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes
  • Supports and follows all company and department policies
  • Supports and follows sustainability programs
  • Supports and follows all safety and security policies
  • Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and customers
  • Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Company Brand, and Business Principals

  • 18 years or older

Entry Level Compensation

USD $22.00/Hr.

Maximum Compensation

USD $31.50/Hr.
