A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .:
- Reports to the Sr. Brand Development Director
- Coordinates with the Marketing Director on projects and strategic direction
- Manages our brand identity across all digital marketing channels, including website, social, and email
- Manages content strategy across our digital channels with the goals of driving site traffic, increasing conversions, growing customer database, and expanding reach and engagement through social media
- Assures digital strategy encompasses company goals and aligns with Town & Country’s brand positioning
- Manages the daily activities of the content team including marketing coordinator, copy writers, graphic designers, and videographers
- Manages marketing calendar that guides the creation and delivery of content across all digital channels
- Ensures website is aligned with our brand guidelines; website content is current and relevant for our target audiences
- Manages digital strategies and agencies to drive traffic to our website including SEO, SEM, display and paid social
- Collaborates with social media partner on development of social strategies aligned with brand positioning
- Maintains department in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
- Provides excellent customer service
- Stays current with industry trends, standards, and changes
- Stays current with all training including online training and professional development opportunities
- Ensures the dissemination of and adherence to all company and department policies
- Supports and follows sustainability programs
- Supports and follows all safety and security policies
- Provides and demonstrates attitude of service to team, staff and our customers

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .:
- 5 years of experience in digital and brand marketing, ideally within consumer products or retail environments
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing brand identity for website content development, social media, pay-per-click, and display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising content strategy that engages, informs, and motivates
- Solid knowledge of websites and analytics tools to measure website traffic for optimal customer experience
- Familiarity and experience with content management systems
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience in the food and beverage industry and passion for food preferable
- Requires strong project management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to deal with stress and juggle priorities with lots of interruptions
- Proven ability to create a volume of high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Requires occasional travel to market locations throughout Snohomish, King, and Kitsap counties
- Possesses full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching) and excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Entry Level Compensation: USD $72,500.00/Yr. Maximum Compensation: USD $95,000.00/Yr.
