Description
Tower Engineering Solutions, LLC, a Congruex company, is actively seeking Construction Project Manager to join our amazing team in Irving, TX to work closely with our Executives, Construction Estimators, Engineers, Customers and Contractors in tracking and managing cell tower modification projects throughout entire cycle. This position is required to estimate construction material and labor costs utilizing existing databases for typical wireless telecommunication tower and monopole construction projects, prepare RFQ’s, compose formal quotes, and interface with vendors, contractors, and customers.

Requirements
If you possess the following requirements, we look forward to hearing from you.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management or Construction Management or 5 years of Project Management or Construction Management experience
- Experience with local and State building codes, permitting and zoning requirements
- Highly skilled in dealing with key customers and meeting project deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tower and monopole construction industry preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
