Touchstone Communities is Hiring a RN Assistant Director of Nursing Near Bandera, TX
To support the community by creating a premier health care community accomplished by directing, overseeing and evaluating all clinical personnel in delivering resident centered quality care according to state/federal regulations while balancing cost vs care to meet the goals of Touchstone Communities through optimizing systems and effectively managing a stable clinical team with the appropriate skill sets.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care and initiate appropriate actions
- Make daily resident rounds and report status of resident status and nursing care to the Director of Nursing Service/Administrator
- Supervise and implement actions and goals developed in the residents’ Minimum Data Set (MDS) and care plan
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have a current and valid Texas RN license or RN license from a Compact Party State
- At least 2 years of long term care experience
- Eligible for ADON Bonus plan
