The ideal candidate will: Be committed to and passionate about high food standards and serviceExperienced in culinary and administrative responsibilities of a kitchenAssist in training new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menuBe experienced in setting up and stocking stations with all necessary suppliesHave proven cooking experience, including experience as a Sous ChefHave an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and proceduresHave accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksPossess a high school diploma or equivalentBe willing to work weekends and holidaysMaintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all guests and team membersPossess a valid food handler’s cardBasic Computer knowledge and experience;Have experience working in a high-volume kitchenEnjoy working both independently and as part of a large team
