Pay: $49.90 per hour
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm during training - after training will transition to 3 days - 12 hours (36 hours per week).
Location: Remote in California ONLY

Responsibilities:

• Position will be on a phone queue and candidates will need to be able to manage the phone for the full 12 hours shift.

• This candidate will be supporting the provider support line in the EDSU department.

• The position is very customer service based and the customer will be the providers.

• Any time a member goes to the ER, the member calls this department and the nurse is expected to take inbound calls.

• There may be moments when outbound calls may be placed to verify information with providers to obtain reference numbers.

Requirements:

3 years of Utilization Review OR Utilization Management Experience

2 years of MCG Experience

Active California RN License

3 years of MicroSoft Program Experience
