WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Total Systems Technologies Corporation (TSTC) is seeking a Part-Time Document Control Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with the SharePoint administrator to maintain, organize, and archive documents including systematic naming and date organization of all documentation in file/archive systems. This position will also be responsible for overseeing a part-time junior documentation position. A successful Document Control Coordinator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts to achieve TSTC goals. Experience serving as a federal government and/or contractor employee is a plus. Candidate MUST be a current HUBZone resident and MUST have resided at their address for a minimum of 6 months.   • 4 years of experience in this or a similar field
  • IT literate in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Highly meticulous with attention to detail
  • Ability to work at pace as part of a successful team
  • Proficient in organizing documents within a database
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with the administrator side of SharePoint
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff
  • Candidate must be a current resident of a HUBZone and also have resided in a HUBZone for the previous 6 months.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Manage the organization and rewriting of files to meet organizational and federal requirements.
  • Succeed in grouping numerous files to TSTC’s documentation control standards, including the tracking of current and soon to expire documents, and dispositioning as appropriate.
  • Create a strategy for formatting and naming conventions for large amounts of data.
  • Participate in a variety of other assigned activities, such as assisting with special projects, attending, and participating in various meetings, staff development workshops, and training as assigned.
  • Perform all duties described, and others as required, guided by the mission of the organization
  • Oversee a part-time junior level position
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma/Bachelors (preferred)
  • 4 years of experience in the field
  • Experience serving as a federal government and/or contractor employee
  • Commitment to providing the best service and solutions possible to meet company needs
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must reside in a HUBZone
