SALES MANAGER

The Sales Manager will lead, manage, and support the Sales Team to meet company sales goals, utilize Leadership, Management and Accountability (LMA) techniques to mentor and train employees, use company CRM for reporting and performance management, and assist with marketing strategies to improve lead generation. Our business is built on our reputation for providing exceptional customer experience and superior quality; the Sales Manager will be expected to maintain and model our high standards when interacting with customers, employees, partners, and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the overall day-to-day management of the TSS Inside Sales Team, Field Sales, National Accounts, Partners, and Estimators
  • Coach, mentor and onboard new employees while establishing and maintaining the EOS business model and culture with the team
  • Identify top sales opportunities and ensure proper focus and resources are allocated to these opportunities
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting booked revenue achievement of the sales organization
  • Collaborate with Project Management to ensure project success and achieve exceptional customer experience
  • Advise Leadership on all aspects of direct sales operations, issues, opportunities, and resources
  • Assist with establishing team and individual revenue goals; assist Leadership with development of quarterly and annual sales plans and budgets
  • Manage select key customer relationships, stay abreast of the competition, and advise Leadership on new developments impacting the company position in the marketplace
  • Identify key buying trends and collaborate with Leadership to build and implement strategy. Advise Leadership on development of pricing strategies re: verticals/job-customer type/ margin optimization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years related construction or manufacturing experience
  • Over 5 years of demonstrated Sales Leadership and Management experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, interpersonal, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to focus on multiple tasks at one time
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Proficient with common business and sales automation applications including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Hubspot and Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Previous sales and marketing data collection and analysis experience preferred
  • Ability to travel periodically for customer visits, trade shows, and marketing events

Base salary offered between $110,000 - $125,000 based on experience, with additional variable compensation available up to 40% of base salary.
