You might be: Providing Level 2 support to our client base Assisting and managing day-to-day requests using Zendesk, our ticketing system Maintaining and supporting various client technologies, such as workstation hardware and software, mobile device installations Helping to identify and proactively solve problems, as well as prioritize urgency around these Catering to various on sites’ audio-visual needs, including set-up, testing and maintenance Adhering to IT policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service Investigating and testing new tools, techniques, and software products; collaborate with other members of IT Taking on various projects and system implementations Creating and updating documentation The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.
