This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: You have a global account service representative background, and you enjoy providing operational and procedural support to not only Wholesale, but Retail and E-Commerce business units as well. As a customer representative you have been responsible for ensuring that customer orders process and ship in a timely, accurate basis. In this role you will enjoy interfaces with Sales, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, Inventory Control, A/R, IT, Finance and Receiving/Distribution. A sense of humor is a plus! A Day in the Life: The typical day is…atypical. You might be task to communicate with various departments within the Company to manage/oversee the customer order throughout its lifecycle, from entry to shipment, process EDI orders, manage Bulk order draw-downs, and expedite replenishment orders, analyze multiple order and inventory reports and resolve problems that effect order fulfillment, interface with Distribution to process “rush” order, and create daily communications for business partners that accurately portrays the status of customer orders.
