This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: You have a global account service representative background, and you enjoy providing operational and procedural support to not only Wholesale, but Retail and E-Commerce business units as well. As a customer representative you have been responsible for ensuring that customer orders process and ship in a timely, accurate basis. In this role you will enjoy interfaces with Sales, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, Inventory Control, A/R, IT, Finance and Receiving/Distribution. A sense of humor is a plus! A Day in the Life: The typical day is…atypical. You might be task to communicate with various departments within the Company to manage/oversee the customer order throughout its lifecycle, from entry to shipment, process EDI orders, manage Bulk order draw-downs, and expedite replenishment orders, analyze multiple order and inventory reports and resolve problems that effect order fulfillment, interface with Distribution to process “rush” order, and create daily communications for business partners that accurately portrays the status of customer orders. To Land This Role: 3-5 years previous experience in Customer Service Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Apparel Order Management systems SAP knowledge (ideally S4) Problem solving skills Good communication skills Ability to troubleshoot & research effectively Strong interpersonal skills – able to work with different organization levels Strong organizational ability Detail oriented Knowledge of order fulfillment process Knowledge of customer purchase orders and their specifications Knowledge of inventory control processes Proficient in Excel (beginner to moderate – experience in pivot tables) Why You'll Want to Join Our Team: Our Global Account Services team is a dynamic group of strategic, long-range thinkers and problem-solvers focused on optimizing inventory levels across all Tory Burch distribution channels around the world.
