As a Customer Service Team Lead, you are responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals by setting standards for delivering the highest level of customer care. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of providing excellent customer service and working well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Promote positive customer relations through effective management and demonstration of expertise.
• Provide support to customers via e-mail, telephone, and LiveChat.
• Monitor customer service department productivity and extend training where necessary.
• Interact with colleagues via e-mail, telephone, and LiveChat to resolve issues.
• Assist team members to improve their own job performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,656.00 - $110,000.00 per year
