Job Description

Customer Service Lead - Day Shift Full-time $18-$20

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Los Angeles, TORCHSTAR serves more than 8,000,000 customers through a footprint of 1700 professional products.

We are seeking energetic individuals to provide impeccable support to our office that will include answering and re-directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, data entries, and general administrative duties.

The Customer Service Lead position is responsible for a wide range of duties involving customer service, transactions, and relations including but not limited to;

  • Taking ownership of customer's issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Delegating certain customer inquiries to specific team members
  • Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken on any issues with product orders
  • Communicating with internal team members to discuss any issues or areas where improvement is needed
  • Help generate leads and drive sales

Additional job qualifications and requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Thorough knowledge of the product or service is a plus
  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Lead
  • Efficiency and organizational skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results, and details of customer interaction

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
