We're seeking enthusiastic and skilled Boba Tea Baristas for TOPPOT & K BBQ. We are a new AYCE Korean BBQ and Hot Pot restaurant in Toledo OH. If you're passionate about boba tea, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are open to expanding your skills, come and be a part of our growing family!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea beverages with skill and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Handle high-volume orders with speed and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations with a friendly demeanor.
- Potential training to become a bartender as we expand to include liquor offerings.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills – punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Quick learner, especially in mastering the art of boba tea preparation.
- Ability to manage fast-paced service smoothly and effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekend and night shifts.
- Availability for a full-time or part-time schedule (at least 25 hours per week).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a coffee shop or similar setting is a bonus.
- A deep appreciation and knowledge of boba tea.
- Multilingual abilities (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Spanish) are highly valued.
- Passion for Korean culture, including Korean BBQ and K-pop, is a significant plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
