White Elephant Resorts, a collection of premier hotels located on the beautiful island of Nantucket, MA and Palm Beach, Florida is currently looking for a Reservations Supervisor/Group Rooms Coordinator to handle group room reservations and related functions with in-house departments, affiliates, and outside group contacts. 

The right candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality for both the guests and employees and should have a high level of multi-tasking skills.

Must have group rooms and reservations experience.
 
 Other important aspects of this position include the ability to:

• Be proficient in all areas of reservations and general operations of the hotel. Promote the professional growth and development of both the reservations and pre-arrival office
• Maintain ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers, reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.
• Ensure that the Reservation lines are attended at all times during scheduled hours and that sufficient staffing is present to meet the daily business demands.

Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be very organized, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.

Experience with computers, PMS systems, third party systems, booking engines, Excel and Microsoft Office essential.
