Job Description: About the Role: The Production Specialist provides service and professional administrative project management support for a specific account or a defined account set. The goal is to provide outstanding client satisfaction for all customers serviced by supporting the Sr Production Specialists, Account Specialists and Client Service to achieve their targets/goals and meet or exceed all key responsibilities. This is a full-time position with the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. What You’ll Do: Create work/purchase order from approved estimate Maintain Job Log (routing and due dates for jobs) Submit jobs into Item Admin, Data Processing, Variable Digital Print, and Preflight Manage PDF and hard copy proof approval Press check responsibility (internal) Manage client supplied mail lists by coordinating with internal/external departments Prepare, manage, and close orders and purchase orders for billing Work effectively with vendors, internal production departments and billing to reconcile the estimate with the job ticket Track appropriate upcharges and bill where necessary May be asked to review job analysis About You: Ability to connect and engage with high-level clientele and internal employees Excellent presentation and formal communication skills Strong technical aptitude with a high level of skill and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment Propensity to successfully manage priorities and respond to deadlines ahead of schedule Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Flexibility/adaptability with overtime/shift changes Qualifications and Experience: High School diploma/equivalent 2 years work experience Why You Should Work Here: Generous benefits plan The ability to work in a climate controlled (70 degrees year around) and clean warehouse The opportunity to join a well-established and growing company that has just completed its most successful year About Us: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hl-OQji6jlk Toppan Merrill is the best in class partner for complex, secure communications that delivers premier technology driven solutions to more efficiently and accurately communicate mission critical content.
