Title: Sales Manager for Dog Training Facility

About the Company: We are a leading Pet Resort and training facility located in the Topanga Mountains. We have been in the industry for over 15 years and are looking for motivated individuals looking to grow with our business.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about the pet industry and is able to bring new ideas to our dog training facility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the business
- Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they are meeting their targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the pet industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and offer new ideas
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of dog training and behavior is a plus
