Top Aces Corp. is Hiring an Information Technology Manager Near Mesa, AZ

SUMMARY:

This individual will be responsible for the operational oversight and maintenance of the Company's I.T. Infrastructure, including, but not limited to, its networks, servers, electronic communication formats, data storage systems, phone systems, printers, etc., and provide IT support for each level of user requirements in the areas of hardware and software operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of managing Cloud Services and Enterprise Systems (Microsoft) including software deployment and upgrades, system setup, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, configuration and change management, service desk, security management and monitoring, capacity planning, availability management, disaster recovery and routine update of services
  • Maintain equipment availability including system administration, diagnostics, and repair of network equipment, firewalls, computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, communications and ancillary equipment
  • Ensures timely liaison with vendors regarding problems, fixes, and required enhancements
  • Oversees and directs the timely evaluation, qualification, and implementation of new software products, tools, and related appliances as it pertains to the Cloud environment
  • Assist in planning, purchasing, and the install and implementation of the Company's IT Infrastructure, including all support systems; Install, configure and test computers, printers, and other peripherals
  • Forecast, maintain, and manage all related purchases, upgrades, licensing and other related IT costs within the approved IT fiscal budget
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot communication equipment supporting both wired and wireless networks
  • Manage the IT department personal and equipment providing optimum service to internal and external customers
  • Manage the Company's IT Security Program and ensure compliance with all related Federal Government computer security requirements, protocols, policies, regulations, etc., as stipulated in both the Performance Work Statement and any Government Contract, as applicable.
  • Provide support for all IT and communications services, including company provided mobile devices and VoIP phone systems
  • Maintain and document the network infrastructure, server infrastructure, and desktop/laptop computers at a level of functionality and security required by policies and procedures
  • Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective IT department
  • Adheres to the procedures, guidelines, regulations, policies, directives, plans and instructions established for the IT Department and contained within all associated contracts
  • Assist with training on applications, as necessary
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by this role's manager.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

SKILLS AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience being directly responsible for the security of IT systems
  • Cloud certification, preferably Azure
  • Microsoft (MS) Active Directory administration experience
  • Hands-on Experience managing enterprise/public Wi-Fi installations.
  • Hands-on network device administration experience (Router, Switch, Firewalls)
  • Experience troubleshooting MS Operating Systems, MS Office Suites, switches, and related systems and network connectivity
  • Experience with inside/outside plant network cable installation and management, rule-based firewalls and/or UTMs, managing enterprise Anti-Malware deployments
  • Experience managing I.T. networks at multiple locations preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office)

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Certification in one of the following is required: MCSE 2003, MCITP 2008, MCSA 2012, or MCSA 2013.
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years of solid experience as an IT team supervisor/team lead.
  • 5 years' experience with demonstrated success in operating mission critical enterprise software services
  • Familiarity with compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Applicants selected may be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to be cleared for and to gain access to applicable classified information.
