In this role, you will partner closely with the SVP of Design and Creative to support people and improve workflows, processes, and tools at scale so that our design team delivers differentiated product experiences. The Design Ops Manager is a creative problem solver and team leader by nature and an expert at building impactful relationships, improving team cohesion, creating efficiencies in the design process, and enabling teams to stay focused on delivering amazing product experiences to our members.Operationalizing and optimizing design as a function through design practices and systematic frameworks that allows design to thrive, and deliver at scale and with impact.
