Tomorrow's Office is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near New York, NY

Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual that is highly organized, detail oriented with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to work independently or as part of a team in fast paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contract management for sales team (entering data, renewing contracts, account reviews)
  • Data base management
  • Analytical Skills (Profit & Loss Reports and Account Analysis)
  • Report management
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly processes with deadlines
  • Customer care
  • Sales assistance

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook (*Excel intermediate or higher skill level)
  • Must possess interpersonal skills necessary to work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information, both via email and verbally.
  • Must be able to receive and follow through on Customer inquiries and issues.
  • Calendar management to meet deadlines and submit Analytical Reviews.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks requiring attention.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience required working in Administrative and Analytical task.
  • Excel Test to determine skill level

Work Schedule: M - F (8:30am - 5:00pm)
