About the team
Tomorrow Health's People Experience Team is responsible for enabling the overall people function at Tomorrow Health and supporting our employees through onboarding, events management, company and team celebrations, employee engagement and enablement, as well as DEI initiatives.
About the role
We are seeking a part-time (27-30 hours/week) Office Experience Manager to manage our 15,000 SQFT office in NYC. The scope would cover (1) facilities management, (2) light event support, and (3) troubleshooting tech issues for the office with the support of our IT vendor.
The Office Experience Manager will oversee facility-wide needs ranging from reception coverage to supply replenishment, and culture building activities. 
Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
  • Serve as the first POC and “face” of the company for all employees, guests, visitors and vendors
  • Maintain a client-ready front office, reception, and workspace areas; coordinate janitorial services and schedule
  • Monitor and maintain the conference room calendar
  • Organize, order and replenish office and pantry supplies (office supplies, paper goods, snacks, etc.) and maintain vendor relations
  • Collaborate with IT, Talent Acquisition and Executive Assistant Teams to facilitate new hire on-boarding and tech requests
  • Be a culture and brand ambassador for internal and external employees, constituents, and guests
  • Support the planning and coordination of team events including Daily Staff Lunch, All Hands, and Happy Hours - partnering with the People Experience to ensure there is alignment
About you:
  • Prior Office Management experience required
  • Prior tech or startup experience preferred
  • Stellar work ethic and drive, no task too small attitude
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's preferred
