About the Role:

We are looking for a Director of Information Technology to join our rapidly growing technology team. This role will be responsible for building our IT infrastructure and overseeing our business applications, corporate systems, and enterprise tools. Most of our employees are working remotely across the United States. The Director of IT will design and implement information security guidelines and best practices to ensure Tomorrow Health maintains the highest standards at the network, application, and device level. In addition, this role will be responsible for auditing all existing contracts and SLAs with all our vendors and third-party service providers. As the founding member of the IT organization, the Director of IT will need to be hands-on as we add to the team grows. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure
• Consult internal stakeholders across the company to identify business and technology needs and optimize the use of existing resources
• Audit all security, privacy, and access controls to identify all vulnerabilities and inefficiencies across the company and recommend the best solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend to our executive team what we should focus on next.
• Design an IT roadmap for the next three years. Determine and recruit resources to implement it.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of corporate IT experience with at least two years of hiring and managing IT support (contract or FTE) resources.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing budgets, procurement, vendor evaluation, and SLA negotiation.
• Previously implemented and maintained data privacy standards like HIPPA and GDPR.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate applications and solutions like device management (Mac, Windows), cloud permissions (AWS IAM), Active Directory, and SSO.
• You have previously implemented and administered project and enterprise tools like Google workspace, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk/Kustomer, Salesforce/Hubspot, AWS Connect, etc.
• Experience in selecting and implementing enterprise applications to support finance, accounting, HRIS, and ATS. 
• Domain expertise in the area of Information Security, Cyber Security, Infosec, Network security, Firewalls, and VPNs
• The ability and experience to manage cloud-based and natively hosted ERP tools.
