Tombras, an independent, 475 person, national full-service advertising agency is searching for an Art Director to join our Creative Social Team.

This job can be based in Knoxville, Atlanta or remotely.

What you'll be doing:

We need a kickass art director to make our clients famous on social (and everywhere else). You down? Cool. Here’s some stuff you should know.

• You will be connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the time.
• You'll move at the speed of social (that means fast and fun). 
• You won’t be posting or responding to people on social. We have another team that's super good at that already.
• You will be creating stunning visual work for a variety of clients across various industries including CPG, beverage/alcohol, QSR and casual dining, retail, fitness, fashion, automotive, and government. 
• You’ll work with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers and photographers, editors, designers, and animators. All in-house.
• You’ll have a lot of fun working on a lot of different stuff.

What you bring:

• 2-4 years of experience working in an agency setting ideal
• Experience on a large account or big name brand is a big plus (airline, automotive, banking, casual/fast-casual/QSR, fitness)
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite
• Excellent design and animation skills
• Fundamentals, working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging social media platforms
