Training Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, creative, entrepreneurial Training Program Coordinator to join our Training Department. This individual will be involved in many facets of our training programs, from Internship Training, Sales Development Representative Training, and Sales Professional Training execution. This role will consist of high execution on a day to day to ensure these training programs operate at full capacity. 

The role will be heavily focused on ensuring each of our Interns, Sales Development Representatives, and New Sales Professionals have a smooth and effective training experience. The Training Program Coordinator will work alongside our Training Department leadership to support all of our training program efforts.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to be a part of a growing company, a growing department and leadership that cares. The individual will report to the Training Department Manager, and work from our home office in Franklin, Tennessee.

Job Duties:

• Organize and execute our onboarding systems to ensure that our Sales Professionals, Interns, and Sales Development Representatives are informed, excited, and ready to start in their new positions;
• Provide excellent service by promptly responding to employee requests and questions, via email, phone or in person;
• Communicates with trainers and trainees to schedule virtual training;
• Produces reports and presentations;
• Facilitate employees’ access to various technological resources (add/remove access, answer questions & process user requests)
• Supports the Retail Development leadership through administrative tasks including, but not limited to: managing emails, scheduling calls, etc.;
• Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and other Google Suite products
• Strong interest in training programs, and personal and professional development
