Earning potential $150-220K PLUS
TF Complete HVAC is one of the fastest growing companies in the MetroWest area! We are looking for a hard-working and motivated HVAC Sales Representative. The HVAC salesperson will be responsible for building positive relationships with customers, closing deals, developing new accounts while understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressively seek out new business partnerships with the purpose of gaining the client’s trust and delivering value added solutions
- Perform site surveys and pricing for HVAC equipment and systems
- Product selection and quoting for HVAC equipment and supplies
- Must have knowledge of HVAC system and the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers
- Represent TF Complete as the preferred service provider for clients
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
- Conduct post sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 3 years outside HVAC sales experience.
- Projects a positive / professional image, highly motivated and success-driven.
- Must be able to be self motivated, work independently and have a flexible work schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with proven customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize personal computers and standard Microsoft office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately.
