About the Role:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) role is a full-time position that works in coordination with the General Manager and Guest Service Representatives in a TOCA center. The AGM will help ensure our guest service and relationship-based culture is upheld along with following and executing our operational systems that ensure an impactful business.
The AGM will also be a point person for guests to contact and be the face of our facilities. It's a AGM’s desire to ensure our guest experience is held to the expected standards in and outside the facility and to oversee the systems and processes that are implemented on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate is someone looking to grow their career in the sports business field in sales, operations, and leadership. This position will require retail hours including nights and weekends. Facilities are open until 9:00pm during the week and every Saturday and Sunday.
