Job Overview
Multifaceted and inspirational sales leader proficient in different technologies and solutions. They are leading a Mid-Market team primarily responsible for hunting new logo prospects. In addition, the team will focus on T-Mobile's sales growth and revenue generation through hunting new logo prospects. Job Responsibilities:

  • The Sr. Manager will develop and lead a highly productive sales team of Major Account Executives primarily responsible for prospecting new logos, revenue growth, segment share, selling wireless voice, data services, and the Internet of Things. Mentor team to develop and manage relationships with high-level buying influencers in key customer accounts.
    Actively lead team performance against goals, supervise the account opportunity planning process and drive accountability. Conduct effective oversight of the team’s pipeline throughout the sales cycle. Ensure account executives are conducting deliberate and realistic account and opportunity planning. Encourage and empower the team and nurture strong T-Mobile culture and values. Celebrate success and provide constructive, appropriate feedback to drive performance and accountability.
  • Recruit, hire and develop a high-caliber talent sales team with the professional qualification and personal characteristics representative of the exemplary level of service offered by T-Mobile. Onboard new employees into the T-Mobile culture. Possess a strong ability to identify underperforming Major Account Executives to resolve how to best support success. Lead through example, train, and evaluate the team to develop and grow your talent. Conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field.
  • Stay hungry to learn, develop and grow - Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and host and attend sales meetings. Managers should increase collaboration across the T-Mobile organization and support partners.
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Work Experience:
  • 4-7 years Sales management (Required)
  • 4-7 years Outside sales experience and a proven history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment within the same company. (Required)
  • 2-4 years Technology sales/Wireless industry (Preferred)
