· To ensure and follow-up the fastest response and quote the inquiries of acquired and/or new customers, and to measure the performance in this regard,
· To organize and follow the excellence of the transportation operations for the acquired and/or new Customers, to ensure that the necessary data are entered fully and on time, to improve the operations excellence and to evaluate them with measurable features,
· To manage and develop the relationships with the current customer and target customers of the department,
· To manage the relations with the carriers - suppliers (Airlines, Shipping Lines, Co-Loaders, Transportation Companies) of the industry, to make the necessary visits and to carry out activities those will improve our purchasing capability,
· To determine target markets with individual researches for guiding the Sales Department and increase the benefit of Sales to her/his/its own department,
· To arrange new customer visits and/or to gain the shipments of them,
· To determine weekly, monthly, and annual sales strategies,
· Conducting weekly evaluation meetings with the sales team,
· Welcoming agency visits and to schedule meetings for improving relationships,
· Taking opportunity to lead the improvements for the project under her/his/its responsibility
· To prepare and present necessary presentations to the board and represent the department on budget meetings which happens monthly, quarterly and annually about financial information and operation information.
· To prepare additional report request from her/his/its supervisor and weekly/monthly sales activity report in time,
· To follow the legal regulations and updates,
· To participate in meetings and social activities scheduled by the management,
· Support the studies related to the quality targets and policies of the company.
· Work accordingly with Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Food Safety, Quality Policy, and targets,
· To perform other duties that are not mentioned above but are within the scope of her/his/its duty and the duties assigned by the supervisor,
