YOUR ROLE:

we are looking for an Operations Manager who will work closely with and assist and enable our team at TLGG USA to grow and thrive. You will oversee our company operations and ensure that all processes and systems are running smoothly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Work cross functionally with Finance, HR and IT to develop and maintain smooth running operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s mission
  • Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and address them
  • Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
  • Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns
  • Support in project controlling recording of hourly bookings, expense reports, invoicing etc.)
  • Order and manage office operations that include maintaining office/pantry supplies and equipment, organizing internal events and team meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks from managing calendars, travel bookings, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 or 5 years of experience in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
  • Excellent knowledge across MS Office applications, advanced proficiency (ideally certified) in Word and Excel, PowerPoint is a plus
  • A strong understanding of technology and not afraid of using and gaining experience on new tools such as project management, finance tools, etc.
  • Ability and comfortable with taking the lead on and managing own projects
  • Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style with high regard for structured processes and proactive communication to relevant stakeholders, multitasking, flexibility, and resilience 
  • Proficiency in working with databases and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, German is a plus
  • High level of agility, adaptability, and pragmatism
