TKM United States Inc is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative

LOCATION: Erlanger, KY (Greater Cincinnati area)

OPPORTUNITY: A candidate will be challenged and optimized for this opportunity if they possess an understanding or experience with industrial knives or paper manufacturing, and who wants to make a transition into an inside sales position.

SALARY GRADE RANGE : $45k-$60k p/Year Depending Upon Experience

BASIC FUNCTION : This position is responsible for maximizing the sale of products through both direct customer phone interaction and in support of our localized outside sales force for the US. This position sells the Company's products using technical, industry, and customer-level knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products to their needs. Products include blades, rollers and other parts used in printing industry. They are also involved with identifying new customers, markets, and business opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

INSIDE SALES POSITION - PRINTING SPECIFICS In addition to a core set of skills; the following responsibilities are considered essential to the position and will serve as key result areas for the performance review.

  • Order Processing, CRM System Management, Outbound Customer Support
  • Direct sales through maintaining and developing relationships with both existing and new customers
  • Visiting some potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with customer
  • Advising customers on forthcoming product developments
  • Liaison with customers on the progress of existing orders
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Technical resource, trouble shooting for customers as needed
