We are looking for a Recruiter to support the Human Resources department and Titan’s business objectives in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, and placing security professionals to work at client sites throughout the Chicagoland area. This role is remote 2 days and in the West Loop Chicago office 3 days.
Responsibilities include performing all Recruiter duties for Titan Security Group to facilitate an employee-oriented, diverse, high performance culture, including but not limited to:
Develop potential recruiting sources by preparing research strategies; identifying and qualifying sources, including search engines involving Boolean searches, chat rooms, message boards, organization lists, publications, home pages, colleges and institutes, and job fairs; building personal networks.
Coordinate drug test, MVR/DMV reports, criminal background checks and references
Coordinate hiring and on-boarding.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience: 2-5 years of recruiting experience working in an industry with a large remote hourly workforce.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Other Qualifications: Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
