Titan Energy Services is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Dickinson, ND

JOB SUMMARYThe Construction Superintendent is responsible for supporting oilfield operations by supervising and motivating Field Supervisors and Roustabout crews, coordinating between customers and dispatch for crews and equipment, and ensuring quality control and safety through onsite visits and training of crews. Must also contribute to the overall production goals by leading and coordinating the daily duties of Field Supervisors, Roustabout Foremen and Crews in construction duties on wells, facilities, and surrounding grounds. An additional primary duty is to actively engage and mentor peers to help prepare them for career advancement. This position requires the ability to work in all types of inclement and extreme weather conditions. The position requires a commitment to understanding and exhibiting Titan’s Mission and Core Values, being a safety leader, following safety rules, federal and state laws and regulations as well as representing the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Attend leadership meetings when required; Contribute to and support the strategic business objectives in leading by example and ensuring communication is provided to all of your employees.
• Ensure quality and timely oversight to multiple customers and crews on a day to day basis.
• Oversee the daily activities and job duties of field supervisors, foremen and crews, ensuring work is done in a safe and practical manner while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with customers and plan properly for equipment and man power needed with plenty of notice given to management and dispatch regarding required resources.
• Mentor and train Operations and Field supervisors to prepare them for career advancement.
• Assist with training and mentoring all employees including recurrent training needs.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability at all times.
• Take pride in equipment in the field and support the crews.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, sub-contractors and personnel.
• Maintain accountability for job management including communication with customers, calling for locates, overseeing sub-contractors, paperwork and clean up.
• Coordinate with the office and shop regarding issues and needs in the field.
• Review, approve and submit all paperwork including field tickets, timecards, and time off (PTO) requests in a timely manner to meet billing and payroll deadlines.
• Review JSA’s and ensure they are completed in a quality manner.
• Ensure crews are safely working and following work site customer rules and regulations.
• Operate assigned equipment in accordance with the terms specified by the customer and in a safe manner when needed.
• Work with all Supervisors and Foreman in preparing daily work assignments and conducting inspections of trucks and equipment on a regular basis.
• Ensure equipment is secure and safe for transport according to DOT regulations.
• Ensure crews have proper and serviceable tools and equipment.
• Oversee Supervisors on construction projects to ensure costs and quality work are maintained.
• Troubleshoot equipment or jobsite issues to ensure steady work flow.
• Assist with hiring by interviewing, selecting and onboarding employees for your team, working within the company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Address employee Performance Management concerns utilizing company policies, procedures and
resources.
• Ensure company profitability by managing necessary expenses.
• Prepare accurate estimates for customers as needed.
• Prepare and review bids for projects and manage profitability.
• Communicate with customers, ensuring quality services are being provided.
• Work and commit to leading a company-wide culture that ensures that Safety is everybody’s business.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of oil and gas operations supervision experience required, 6 years preferred.
• Prior experience working as a Supervisor and Foreman, including proficiency with all types of tools and
equipment is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Successful completion and passing of company drug screen, background check and fit test.
• Basic computer skills and experience with MS office; MS Project and e-mail is required.
