TISTA Science Technology is Hiring a Full Stack Developer Near Fort Huachuca, AZ

Overview

TISTA Science and Technology is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career. We are looking for a resource who can work well both independently and in teams to solve challenging Software Development issues. 

TISTA is looking for a Full Stack Developer with the experience and skills using a web based development tool, to take conceptual descriptions of a desired end state and design prototypes for testing and approval prior to full implementation into a production environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance for first-level problem solving which includes but is not limited to application troubleshooting, analysis and modifications that require development support.
  • Enhance and maintain the COR Operations website module, according to guidelines by referencing the corresponding Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Software Design Description (SDD), and any additional Government technical documentation provided during development, and ensuring that the final product submitted to the Government addresses all requirements specified.
  • Implement requested software changes on the development system and perform comprehensive testing ensuring continued ISSPA functionality
  • Ensure development, testing and deployment to the live systems are performed by the approved project schedule as identified by Government and deliver test results to Government.
  • Implement software changes (deploy) to the “live system” on a quarterly basis or according to the approved project schedule within the scheduled maintenance window for each deployment.
  • Prepare database queries
  • Brief respective Government staff on possible impacts of projected software changes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience
  • An additional 3 years of related experience in web software development will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Security or other IAT Level II Certification.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance is required

Desired skills include experience with some or all of the following:

  • HTML/CSS, ASP.NET, WebForms; C#, T-SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Entity Framework, CSSD, JSON, SRS, XML, MVC, and Graphics Design
  • Implement software changes (deploy) to the "live system" on a quarterly basis
  • Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2
  • SQL Server 2012; IIS 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5
  • MS Visual Studio 2021, Azure Dev Ops, IIS
  • Hyper-V and VMware
  • Amazon Web Services
  • DISA and Army security and IA policies, regulations, and STIGs for developing secure software

Required Clearance:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

Desired Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
