Tinker Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Call Center Rep I Near OKLAHOMA CITY, OK

Overview

***Must be flexible between the department hours 6:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am-5:00pm Saturdays. Will discuss schedule further upon hire.***

Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Member Service Center department has immediate openings for Call Center Representative I's! As a Call Center Representative I, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist members on the telephone
  • Perform non-cash teller transactions
  • Assist members with opening new accounts

Salary Range:

The starting pay is $21.09/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

You must have:

  • A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related area.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred! Remote/Work from home opportunities available!

Applicable financial institution and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education

In order to be successful as a Call Center Representative I, you must possess these qualifications:

  • High volume call center/customer service experience
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Ability to thoroughly research & resolve account errors
