Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

Description

The candidate will perform all tasks related to perform a system Certification and Accreditation and assuring the system is compliant with all required security controls as defined by agency policies. The candidate will review system configurations to ensure they are in accordance with agency hardening guidelines. The candidate will review all proposed change requests related to system design / configuration and perform security impact analysis. Also, have the ability to communicate effectively with military officials, managers, and subordinates.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide network and connectivity support for the Investigative Records Information System (IRIS) and FOIA systems.
• Provide information assurance support.
• Provide operational maintenance support.
• Provide storage management support.
• Provide service desk support.
• Provide engineering & installation support.
• Provide application maintenance support.
• Provide web services support.
• Provide records management/specialized tools support.
• Provide management of workflow applications for the IRIS and E-FOIA systems.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5 years of experience in Excellent analytical, technology, communication and problem-

solving skills.

• TS/SCI DoD Clearance required.
• CompTIA Security Certification

Additional Requirements

• Occasional lifting of 25 pounds may be required.
• Other Duties as Assigned may change at any time.
