Time Doctor is Hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Manager Near Boston, TX

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven demand generation marketer who will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing programs that generate awareness and capture leads across multiple channels.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing paid programs to generate demand globally. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director, partner with our agency, and work with other members of the marketing team to execute campaigns.

You should be familiar with demand generation techniques and analysis and have a data driven approach to decision making. If you have a proven track record of success in a SaaS company that is a plus.

This is a full-time contract role to November 2023 with opportunity to extend, with benefits including freedom to work out of the 9-5, work from anywhere, and most importantly the opportunity to grow your career in a global role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the marketing plan to achieve new business growth goals
  • Demand Generation: Execute a demand generation strategy globally to drive awareness, traffic and leads to meet targets.
  • Paid Channel: Oversee digital advertising program globally across multiple channels (Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook, Aggregators) and work closely with Sydney based agency on paid activity to optimise. Provide ideas and insights based on learnings.
  • Content: Assess content for ROI and partner with suppliers including writers to develop quality content. Keep across trending content for our ideas customers.
  • Reporting: Monitor & optimse performance of campaigns and funnels, complete reporting and assess trends and results. Monitor through to revenue conversion.
  • Sales Alignment: Coordinate with Sales VP and Sales leaders on campaign planning and feedback.
  • Decision Making: Use information at hand to make decisions that support business performance outcomes including growth and ROI.
  • Financial & Budget: Keep across spend levels and budgets via a forecast of paid spend.
  • Deliver on the set department KPIs including: CPL
  • Inspire: Lead by example, participate in feedback sessions, support others and be passionate.
  • Fun. Have fun, celebrate success, engage in team activities and reward and recognition programs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of B2B marketing experience - SaaS / Tech experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience implementing demand generation marketing programs
  • Experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub and CRM highly regarded
