Executive Project Manager

As our Executive Project Manager, your main focus will be to drive strategic company projects to completion through creating a plan to drive innovation to reality successfully while assessing risk and nurturing team alignment. During your typical day, you will be:

• Helping the team have open discussions to get aligned on projects and project priorities.
• Proactively engaging with project builders, stakeholders, and customers to get their perspectives on project needs and requirements.
• Identifying obstacles and risks to the project and building in protections to mitigate or prepare for those.
• Creating task lists that drive clarity around what needs to be done to complete projects according to laid out success criteria, and the resources (people/time/tools) needed to do those tasks
• Proactively driving completion of project tasks via frequent communication and empathetic accountability
• Managing documentation and communication of project statuses, needs, and changes
• Identifying misalignment or unforeseen project obstacles and facilitate support in overcome those
