Tilson Homes looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Bryan as a New Home Sales Trainee.
Requirements
As a New Home Sales Trainee, you'll assist with meeting prospective Tilson customers at the Design Center and perform various duties such as taking calls and maintaining the database. You'll also participate in sales training to reach Sales Consultant status in one year or less. You'll generally assist the team with tasks that will help Tilson and its customers.
Working closely with other Tilson departments, you'll advise and consult with customers on all decisions required to realize their dream home. You must be excited to learn how we build our homes and educate customers. You should be willing to spend the time to help each customer make the best decisions for their home, including design, pricing, and lot preparation.
This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance coverage, HSA accounts, 401(k), paid holidays/time off, and much more!
